Support Options

Standard Support Our software is sold with a maintenance and support agreement that is tailored to your specific company needs. The Standard Support package guarantees a response to those needs via email within one (1) business day, but typically we can respond within a matter of hours. This level of support is the most cost efficient plan for the majority of our customers and provides more than sufficient response for our well established software. Should you require immediate assistance with mission critical issues, we provide a telephone number for your system administrator.

Enhanced Support We now have personnel available to handle support 24/7 should your company require it. Our support personnel are experienced with our software and were chosen for their experience and professionalism in dealing with customer and client needs. Their experience ranges from email support for small companies to call in support for major airlines.

Documentation Our software comes with user manuals designed for our three levels of users. These include employee/customer input, department/division managers, and system administrators. These manuals were written with many graphics and in-depth explanations that do not require computer access to follow along. To ensure immediate availability, the manuals are also provided online in PDF form.
